Registration is now open for the PMI Global Congress EMEA 2007 that will take place from 14th to 16th May in Budapest, Hungary. As usual, a heavy program is offered to all PMI members, and non members, but I really want to highlight the promising general opening session, by keynote speaker Richard Scase (who started his blog recently).
If I manage to go there (not that obvious, even if I'm close to Hungary, as I have another major event scheduled the week after), these are the presentations I'll attend: Optimising Project Outcomes and Enabling Project-Based Organisations; Lessons Learnt: Taking it to the Next Level; 5-C Approach to Making Knowledge Management a Way of Life in Projects; Why use a Hammer When You Need a Wrench? Results-based Monitoring and Evaluation of Projects; Programme Management Standard Comes to the Aid of Middle Managers; Project Management Knowledge Management — Moving from Standards to Leadership; Successfully Developing Project Management Capability in a Global Corporation; Aligning Project Management with Organisational Strategy and How to use a Project Management Competency Model to Develop Project Leaders?.
Quite a program!
